Airbnb

The destination for private short-term lets.  From entire homes to cabins, cottages, barns and geodesic domes – listing your property properly on Airbnb ensures visibility amongst a massive audience of users looking specifically for a private let.  Our listing copy and photography will help get that all important stand-out in the listings, and our price optimisation and competitor monitoring will assist in maximising the bookings your property receives.

Booking.com

With recent expansion to include a great deal more non-hotel properties, booking.com is a great place to showcase your property amongst users who may not have decided on the type of accommodation they want just yet.  Users browsing for a break in a specific location, or just looking for inspiration will be able to find your property and add it to their shortlist.

Expedia

Listing on Expedia not only gives us access to the thousands of visitors on that specific site, but also to a number of other sites that use Expedia’s database, such as Vrbo & Homelidays.  Expedia also owns Trivago and Travelocity, so collectively has a massive share of the market.

Our Procedures

Of course, it’s difficult to manage 3 systems independently – you need to ensure that a booking made on one platform is reflected on the others, and availability is update appropriately.

You need to ensure that any changes are reflected across the 3 different portfolios, and of course that pricing is always up to date.

We do this with dedicated software that allows us to ensure all platforms are interlinked and always up to date.

There’s no chance of double booking or ‘out of date’ data – instead: a steady stream of relevant bookings from all 3 channels.
